Return & Exchange
We offer returns in the form of money back, exchanges, refund or store credit If desired. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase observing the following rules:
For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product must be unused and unopened, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any, and free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc.
Important! All medicines products are not returnable once opened and used. We recommend you contact your Veterinarian prior to medicating on your own.
Some products sold may only be returned to the manufacturer, specially after the 30 days have passed and if they were used and opened. For EX: Electronic items. All these items do come with a one to a two year warranty depending on manufacturer, please register your product and contact manufacturer for further instructions.

Please ensure your return or exchange meets the important guidelines above. If so, return the item to the address on the package. If address missing you may return it to 2175 Kingsley Ave Ste 301-302 Orange Park Fl 32073.
Please make sure to include a note and/or your order number, user ID if you had one and a brief description of what you would like to do (Ex: Return for money back, or exchange for different size, etc.)
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and its cost.
Unwanted, change of mind or refused packages:
When the item(s) are received and inspected a full refund will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee or shipping cost incurred whichever is greater, this will cover shipping, packaging and any handling cost or fees incurred at time of shipping original order. (This includes free shipped items) Their was a cost to send item originally, unless the return was made because of our wrong doing or a defective product, then a full refund will be due including any shipping fees paid by you.
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to reship the new item back to you. A new order will be reshipped once we receive your return or tracking shows its on its way to us. If you are exchanging for an item that cost more than the original item. You are responsible for paying the price difference. You may include cash or send us a personal check (at your own risk), you can also send the payment via PayPal to paypal.me/piccardmeds4pets

to collect payment over the phone. (Note: NO Paypal account is required.) Exchange, in a hurry? Purchase the new item now and we will issue a full refund once we get your return.
Defective or damaged items must be reported to us immediately.
We can request proof of damage in the form of photos via email. Refusal may delay your refund or exchange. Please inspect your order at receipt if apparent damage is noticed refuse it back to the shipper.
Don’t discard a damaged packaged until you have contacted us first. Any pet electronic device must have all original packaging and UPC or serial number.
We will ship a replacement item free of charge. If the item becomes defective after it was used, please contact the manufacturer for its warranty.
International Customers are responsible for all shipping charges including the shipping charge to reship and exchange the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
