For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product must be unused and unopened, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any, and free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc.

Some products sold may only be returned to the manufacturer, specially after the 30 days have passed and if they were used and opened. For EX: Electronic items. Unwanted, change of mind or refused packages:

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to reship the new item back to you. A new order will be reshipped once we receive your return or tracking shows its on its way to us. If you are exchanging for an item that cost more than the original item. You are responsible for paying the price difference.
