We offer returns in the form of money back, exchanges, refund or store credit If desired. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase observing the following rules:

For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product must be unused and unopened, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any, and free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc.

Some products sold may only be returned to the manufacturer, specially after the 30 days have passed and if they were used and opened. For EX: Electronic items.
